Our Bhutan packages can easily be tailored to suit personal interests and any package can also have a structured trekking component included. You can stay any length of time subject to fitting in with Drukair flight schedules, and have a fully pre-paid tour package and pre-approved visa authority letter.

The costs and packages below are for land arrangements only and do not include airfares. They are based on a minimum of 3 persons travelling together and are shown in US Dollars. Surcharges apply if there are less than 3 persons travelling in the party. Please use these prices as a guide only. Low Season: June, July and January... High Season: Rest Of The Year.

An itinerary similar to ‘Bhutan Mini Explorer’ and also featuring the central Bumthang Valley region. See the traditional weavings of Yathra, the woolen fabric in numerous colours and patterns. Visit the Tamshing Monastery, where 200 monks reside, the Wangdicholing Palace and the ‘Burning Lake’ a sacred Buddhist site. Also visit a Swiss Farm to sample cheeses, apple brandy and local wine & beer. Time permitting, visit Ura, with its cobblestone streets where the old women wear traditional sheepskin shawls, lending a delightful medieval feel to the village. Stop at some local houses in Ura village to view the daily ways of the villagers.

This unique tour allows you to travel from west to east through Bhutan experiencing both the the differing sides of Bhutan.  The hill top location of towns in the east and the valley located towns of the west. Eastern Bhutan is well known for it's textile and silk weaving. Most visitors to Bhutan do not venture into eastern Bhutan and staying mainly in the west and central regions.  This is not to be missed for the traveller who wants to combine the more layback and lesser traveled regions of the east with the faster developing west.

Golf at the ‘Top of the World’
You can add a round of golf to your itinerary, played at one of the world’s highest golf courses in Thimphu. A great little course designed by a Japanese professional. Green fees US$50 & club hire US$20.

Botanists Paradise
Bhutan is famous for its wide variety of orchids and rhododendrons. The Rhododendrons flower between March and April. Please advise us your botanic interests and we will tailor make a package to suit your needs.
