Option 1: Bhutan Tourism Corporation Limited (BTCL) Hotels

These are traditional Bhutanese style hotels, generally 3 star in standard (the odd 4 star starting to appear) and, with the exception of some smaller guest houses in the Phobjikha Valley, all provide private bathroom facilities. Option 2: Amankora Luxury Resorts

These small lodges, owned and operated by the internationally acclaimed Aman Resorts represent the pinnacle of luxury in Bhutan and are a 5 star + standard.

Option 3: New Independent Hotels

We will have increasing access to new hotel developments in Bhutan as their tourism infra-structure improves to cope with increased visitor numbers. These properties offered will provide a 4-5 star standard and incur a surcharge on the basic Bhutan BTCL package costs.
